Windows Upgrade Assistant not scheduling?

It looks like when I schedule a policy to run, it never does, but I can run it via Update Now.

Make sure your Automation is turned on.

It is, the only services I have turned off there are the 3rd Party Application Manager and Active Directory Password Expired Probes. Everything else is enabled.

Ok then next lets have a look at the plugin logs for Habitat.
You should see in logs that Windows update scheduler ran and scheduled for XXX agents IDs. Lets see if we see that or an error.
Next lets look at agent in questions script schedule to see if script was ever scheduled at all? or if it had a failure in script run.
