Hi All,

I am facing an issue where the Allowed Origin within 1.0.0.13 is not "sticking" after saving.

As a result I am still getting "No agent data returned by RMM+" within the plugin.

Any ideas?

Can you take a screen shot of issue? It sounds as if your saying that the value you place in the Allow Origin field on form disappears if you close that window and reopen the configurations.

Is this a correct assumption?

Yep that is correct, example attached.

That is how it looks like after I have entered the Allowed Origin and saved, then opened it up again to check it went it correctly. I assumed it should display like the Access Code does so apologies if wrong on that one.

Thanks, the version update does make it stick now.

I still seem to be getting "No agent data returned by RMM+", both settings match RMM+ in Control.

Is there anything special required in the Allowed Origin entry in Stalled Agents or do we just exactly match the entry in RMM+, for example "abcd1234.com".

I would suspect that may be true.


I'll have a look to see if we are having any problems connecting.


What version of RMM+ are you at?

RMM+ version is 1.0.18
