Install on agent failing

Hi, I have enabled and approved a few packages at global level. Then enabled for a client. When i try and install or upgrade a package i get "Supporting POSH file is missing, exiting script." any pointers on what's missing. Most of the agents already have chocolatey installed and previously may have had app genie as well.

Can you verify your script versions and Chocolatey build numbers?
We are on "Chocolatey For LabTech Maintenance Service"

Or are you on Chocolatey For Automate?
