Habitat Automated Services Manager Tool

This tool is used to manage the automation being performed by the Automate Host on behalf of Habitat. You can turn on or off any automated service that Habitat does to support the different tools it uses. This may need to be done when trouble shooting issues or turning off tools you are not using. This will allow you to tune the Habitat environment for best performance.
