Error relating to Surflog / Expiry

Post by kkevgreen »

For the last week or so, we have been receiving an error every time we open a device screen in Automate. The error states:

"The remote server returned an error: (501) Not Implemented."

I had someone from Connectwise support have a look at it, and she found some errors in the logs, which relate to Surflog and Expiry plugins:

2019-05-09 15:13:21.502 +01:00 [Information] APPLICATION_NAME=LTClient APPLICATION_VERSION=v190.110 THREAD_ID=30
"APPLICATION_NAME="LTClient""
"APPLICATION_VERSION="190.110""
"UTC_TIMESTAMP="2019-05-09 14:13:21.502""
"SOURCE="Plugin""
"MESSAGE="PluginExpiry v1 commited an error in .ctor ActiveX control '8856f961-340a-11d0-a96b-00c04fd705a2' cannot be instantiated because the current thread is not in a single-threaded apartment.""

Has anyone seen any of these errors before?

Many thanks.
