I found several where chocolatey was not installed. I was trying upgrade Veeam and got this:
C:\WINDOWS\system32>choco install veeam-agent
'choco' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
When I tried to do the ps1 manually I got this:
PS C:\Program Files (x86)\WindowsPowerShell\Modules\Pester\3.4.0> .\chocolateyInstall.ps1
Test-ModuleManifest : The specified module 'C:\Program Files
(x86)\WindowsPowerShell\Modules\Pester\3.4.0\Tools\Pester.psd1' was not loaded because no valid module file was found
in any module directory.

Both were run with admin access.
I have plugin version 2.0.1.90
The machine is Win10.
The plugin shows this for the machine:

Any ideas?
Plugin seems to not install chocolatey on several machines
Re: Plugin seems to not install chocolatey on several machines
If you go to chocolatey.org and grab the one liner power shell command for installing chocolatey and execute that command on that Windows system, does it install?
Re: Plugin seems to not install chocolatey on several machines
Thanks,
That command produced an error about the iwr portion not being recognized. It turns out the ps version is 2 on those machines. Couldn't (or wouldn't) the chocolatey plugin update the ps ver and then try to run again?
Also, if chocolatey fails to install is there some sort of notification thru Labtech with an alert?
