Support and question forum for Patch Remedy 4 WUA plugin for LabTech. This plugin was retired on 06/01/2022. All new Patch Remedy 5 is now the current plugin. This forum is for retaining the old posts for Patch Remedy 4.

Having trouble

Hello,

New to using Patch Remedy. Trying to learn the best steps or order of steps to take and having trouble. I have a machine that is missing 1 critical patch. I have run Attempt repair, WUA update (as it is not the current version listed). I have also run Force host to patch now and push WUA updates to host. I have rescanned and restarted the machine in question. But it has not updated to the current version and has not patched the 1 critical patch as of now.

Is there a best practices guide? How do I figure out which patch is not applied on the host? I have only run scripts against a few hosts but no changes have be made to any of them. If anyone has advice I would greatly appreciate some guidence. We are running version 1.0.3.62
