I think we have gone over 12 months but don't appear to have been billed for another year. The product appears to still be working. How can we verify this? Cheers!

You're still on the old PayPal yearly thing. That's gone now and the new payment portal is active.
Please visit http://www.plugins4automate.com and create a new account. Make sure to place the correct LT hostname when asked in to account as that is used to identify your LT host. Next add Patch remedy to cart and check out. This will setup your monthly billing going forward and will immediately activate your license for each month you want to maintain service. We bill you each month until you decide to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into account and adjusting your subscriptions.
