Force Scan Issue

When ever I try to Force scan it crashes my LT control center. Do I need to set the scan interval to 1 hour and just wait 1 hour for it to scan?

Setting scanner interval will cause scanner to run every hour. Good to get things rolling but may overwhelm a large LT environment.
I would suggest 8 to 12 hours once you get things rolling.

Thing is it never scans so it never populates the results for the clients.

If the following is set you should see on that scan cycle time frame a patch remedy script being run on each PC that is online and set as enabled in the config tab as seen in my image here.

If your master switch is not staying on then reboot the LT server will fix the issue.
Are you seeing the Master switch on and no script ever scheduled?

Ok you have no client list? Hmmm..
Send a email over to
helpdesk@plugins4labtech.com to get a ticket opened. Include in the email times you are available tomorrow for a GTM session and we will setup a GTM session to have a look.
Not seen this before so would like to examine your setup and see what LabTech is doing.

After restarting the Labtech server twice, I was finally able to get it to populate my client.
