Error installing an application

I've had this error when trying to install adobe reader via the app:

Installing Adobe Reader to PC24
Installing adobereader ....
No runner was found that implements source type '-9999' or action was missing
Installing the following packages:
adobereader
By installing you accept licenses for the packages.
No runner was found that implements source type '-9999' or function was missing.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Any ideas?

looks like a bade return in data from database that is then passed to chocolatey,

Where is this taking place, steps to repeat? Post some screen shots here.
