Client not Syncing

Post by revsmitty »

I just loaded this up and added 3 clients. 2 out of 3 are populating, but it is failing on 1 of our clients.

Ok well lets turn on DeBug and see whats going on.

Under your Scanner Config windows, While holding down the left Shift and Ctrl keys (one or the other) you can toggle on and off debuging. This will then print out raw outputs during scanning for more information from powershell on the scanner.

See what that spits out.

Running it now. How should I get you the results. Pretty sure my owner doesn't want all the company and user information out in the public. ;)

Just an update. I added another client and that pulled fine. Is there a limit on how much info is pulled? The one client that isn't syncing would be our largest Office365 partner.

-Thanks

Have you tried the debug mode?

What is printed out during a scan. Select and unselect the different scans to pin point the issue and post data here. Could be as simple as a bad record in the SQL queries returned.

Let's grab those queries and and have a peak to see if a odd entry is killing the insert.

Also if your on 10.5 or 11, and on the latest LT patch, you should now be getting logs for each plugin in the LabTech\Logs folder of your LT server. Open this up and lets see whats inside. Make sure to have debug turned on.

I'm using Labtech 10.5 patch 5. I've sent the debug logs via the email option on here a few days ago.
