Error adding plugin

I receive this error message when trying to add the plugin using the downloaded APT-GET.dll v1.0.4

I also have the same message when I try to add Expiry-AD-PasswordNotifyer, is there a dependency that I need to install first?

You should right click the DLL file and select properties, on properties window at bottom select to unblock DLL.

Now close and reopen LT console and retry the install. Should go right through.
