I receive this error message when trying to add the plugin using the downloaded APT-GET.dll v1.0.4

I also have the same message when I try to add Expiry-AD-PasswordNotifyer, is there a dependency that I need to install first?

There was an error uploading the new plugin: Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\1\tmp1257.tmp' or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)

You should right click the DLL file and select properties, on properties window at bottom select to unblock DLL.

Now close and reopen LT console and retry the install. Should go right through.
