24 hours no data

I have been through what I could find - log files are there and updated every hour. Documentation is in multiple places, looked through forum. version 1.1.4.15. Would love to buy the product, but the documentation to get it to work is lacking and it is not working.

The new version requires you to turn on a master switch first, was this done?
(View menu) -> Surflog Enable
Please post screen shots of cycles set and then client configured enabled.
