Plug-in Icon Won't Display

I am trying to demo the Patch Remedy plug-in. I got it installed correctly, restarted all DB Agent services as instructed. Closed and reopened the Control Center, but still no icon. I have green check boxes on the plug-in from within plug-in manager. I am still running LT 10.0 is that problem?

Please take a screen shot of what you are seeing / not seeing
Not sure I follow you on the ICON thing?

I assume since this is a plug-in that I'll have something to click on at the top of the Control Center screen, like the others. I do not see anything to launch Patch Remedy.

Gotcha, sorry was a bit slow there. The launcher is a menu item under the [View] menu

as you can see by my menu list, I place most of my "global" plugins there. So if you ever try any of the other plugins that's where they will be.

How much is Patch Remedy? I can't seem to find the cost anywhere on the website.

the cost is $35.00 per month with a 1 year term. Makes the cost $420 for the year.

any discount if we pay for a full year up front vs. monthly?

yea, about that.. there is no monthly currently on any of our plugins. We do not have the resources to house credit card # safely at the moment and so until we are able to get a more accountable payment system in place we only offer Payments via PayPal or send us a check in the mail.
