Question. Hypothetically, if a person has never run Windows update on a PC, ever...will Patch Remedy still be able to update the WUA? I'm trying to diagnose why we have approximately 130 clients that are listed as out of date WUA. I have tried pushing the agent update, but very few of them actually update. And one thing i have noticed, is that on some of these clients...Windows Update has never been run. Would this cause an issue, or am I totally in left field about ready to leave the ball park?

With Windows, anything is plausible in my opinion..

What version of Windows? Service Packs could play a big part of it as well.

Most of the trouble systems are Win 7 Professional running SP 1.
