we sometimes receive the error messages “Error, Attempting, to, Maximum

When attempting to deploy applications we sometimes receive the error messages “Error, Attempting, to, Maximum” That are showing up as applications. This shows up under the deployment tab, under enabled computers installed applications, as well as under the stats tab as an installed application. Why is this happening and is there a way of removing this?
The reason this is happening is that during the scanning of applications installed and grabbing the versions we hit an error whey max tries were exceeded. This then gets dumped to the database. We have a DB clean up in the Maintenance script that should go behind and find this and remove it. It may take how ever long a cycle is to happen. If it stays around for more than a few days then let us know.
