RMM+ Load Error

RMM+ is not Loading. It shows as inactive and has a status of Load Error. it is version 1.0.30


Any ideas?

If you hover over the inactive status (text) it should pop up a small text area with the status log info and actual error.

This is typical if you do not match the requirements of the current extension. This extension expects you to be on build 22.9+ to use 1.0.30 of RMM+, This is a CWC requirement and not that of RMM+

I suspect that a CWC update will solve your issues.
