Invalid SSL Certificate Error
Invalid SSL Certificate Error
We are receiving an invalid SSL Certificate error when launching SurfLog. We are on version 2.0.0.4.
Re: Invalid SSL Certificate Error
We are having the same issue.
Re: Invalid SSL Certificate Error
If you are on Version 2.0+ of Surflog for Automate then you will not see this error as it is using https://lp.plugins4automate.com and not lp.plugins4labtech.com.
That is what is generating the SSL error. That domain name is being retired so the SSL is expired. All current plugins have been updated to use the new URL so if you see this error , it means there is a old version DLL floating around your environment.
So how to fix:
# Of course make sure your up to date on the plugin version. As of today it is SurfLog Version: 2.0.0.5
Get it here https://delivery.shopifyapps.com/-/b010 ... edf7f3796e
#2 Read this post which explains How-To remove old DLL files from Control Center
viewtopic.php?t=5523
You will need to do this on all tech computers that show the issue.
#3 Close and log back into Control Center, See if problem is gone.
If not then verify in Plugin Manager that you are showing a 2.0+ in the version column for Surflog and that there is no other Surflog plugin present. If you suppect different verions are installed please read this post to understand how to find which plugin may have been overwritten with Surflog for Labtech.
