Can't find the IP Block Config Tab

Sorry for this stupid question but I seem to be having a mind block on this one. I installed the IP Block Plugin but I can't seem to find where to configure it. I have seem the screen shot of the config tab but I can't seem to find that particular menu. Can anyone provide assistance. Thanks

Sorry for the late reply but this forum is down the list a bit.


This is an agent plugin so you will find this tool under the plugins view in the agents console when using the fat client.
