I just updated to the latest plugin version but still have the same issue.

Could this be special characters in the passcode for example?

That is plausible, Have you tried just a simple password to see if it saves it?
Next make sure the Automate console isn't playing with you. We seen it cache data and not refresh as directed. Although rare its been seen. Close console and relog in after change and see if its now showing.

It saves okay and both sides match all values.
In Stalled Agents the Offline SC Agents still says "No agent data returned by RMM+".

I am also having issues with this plugin. Both sides are fully updated as of 2 days ago (RMM+ 1.0.20 and Stalled Agents @ 1.0.0.16. Every time I try to use stalled agents to clear and restart agent, I get this error:
Agents ScreenConnect service is Offline, we are unable to use screenconnect to access agent.
This occurs even when I use SC to remote into the machine.

Hmmm..
This is on all agent? If so then I'll need to peek at the code and see if something has changed in Automate that supplies the online / offline details.
