Windows 10 Upgrade tab won't save.

I'm trying to configure the Windows 10 Upgrades tab and begin testing the functionality.

When I enter the values into the fields on the Windows 10 Upgrade tab's Configuration dialog box however, the values don't save after I click the Save button. Whether I click the Save or Close button, the dialog closes, and the information I entered to the dialog box is gone when I reopen the configuration.

How can I get the settings to save?

All those settings reside in the properties table in labtech database.
