Looks like ticket entries from the plugin are coming into Connectwise under discussion instead of resolution so we are not recording any time for analyze or clean up. Looks like this started after we updated to 1.0.4.2

ON line 106 to line 113 of the CCleaner Maintenance script you will find the ticketing segment. Here you can modify how the ticket is managed.
