Windows 10 Updates and Builds

Patch Remedy currently can only get you up to Build 1607 through automation. As Microsoft releases technical updates we will incorporate them into Patch Remedy's automation processes.

The Latest Version of Windows 10 is 15063 A.K.A "Creators Updates". To install these update you must download the Upgrade Assistant and manually run the updates. This will upgrade Windows 10 to 15063.

To see which version of Windows 10 your device is currently running, select the Start  button, then select Settings   > System > About.

Download and execute the Windows10Upgrade9252.exe file and follow the instructions.

With Windows 10, organizations will need to change the way they approach deploying updates. Servicing branches are the first way to separate users into deployment groups for feature and quality updates. With the introduction of servicing branches comes the concept of a deployment ring, which is simply a way to categorize the combination of a deployment group and a servicing branch to group devices for successive waves of deployment.
