This page seems off to me, is this normal? We are reporting 96% patch compliance using Labtech's new patch manager.

What version of Labtech are you using? If on LT11 are you on LT11 patching? if not did you check the box for pre LT11 patching on the config tab of Patch Remedy?

Yes, that is unticked.

We are using LT11 and I'm pretty sure we are using the LT11 patching - the patch manager window is the new style. Is there another way to tell?

Sure just turn on the check box and close and reload Patch Remedy to see if the numbers change...

Yes, all was fixed by enabling the "Use Pre LT11 Patching", waiting a day and then disabling it again. After a few days the patch percentages all updated. Thanks!
