Added in Chocolatey I ability to mass deploy Framework to get a kickstart going for a client, This will speed up framework deployment and allow you then to use the mass deployment tool to push out applications "Now" in Bulk or one by one.

Added Deploy Framework at the PC level to allow for instant deployment of Chocolatey and then allowing the Install button to become visible as framework gets deployed.

We also move the Terminal Window up into the title for user to see all activity that is happening during an request.

---Bugs Fixed---

We fixed the bug where on first install of Chocolatey the Maintenance cycle fails to get set so Maintenance Service fails to run until toggling the Maintenance cycle back and forth.

We fixed a big bug where when excluding a app at the Client level failed to exclude app. This is now logged in the logging when Client level Excludes are enabled they will be reported during maintenance cycles.

We made several cosmetic changes and also adjusted several properties for objects in the application.
