Each automated process will spawn on the agent automatically as the agent progresses through the setup, install, and update processes. You can edit the groups and adjust the Automate script executions to fine tune the process for your MSP or enjoy the preset settings we provide with the plugin.

Do not modify the group auto join searches or scripts called by group. You can edit the settings of the group and modify when and how the scripts run to better tune your RMM platform. We have set the basic defaults that should work for most MSPs. You should expect an agent to receive a script execute request within 6 hours of joining a given group. Afterwards it may take several hours for Automate to remove non qualifying agents from groups.
Adjusting group script execution times can speed up or slow down this process. An agent may need to complete several group processes before qualifying for the next group. An example of this would be a Windows agent that did not have Chocolatey already deployed. Before it can start installing software, it needs to complete the Package Manager validations, Install Chocolatey, and scan agent for package status before it will qualify for approved package installs. At 6 hours per function, it could take an agent 24 to 36 hours to complete all tasks and report installs completed.
