W10 Pro x64 agents not updating

Support and question forum for Patch Remedy 4 WUA plugin for LabTech. This plugin was retired on 06/01/2022. All new Patch Remedy 5 is now the current plugin. This forum is for retaining the old posts for Patch Remedy 4.

W10 Pro x64 agents not updating

We have 4,000 total agents in our system and Patch Remedy was saying 674 of them had an out of date WUA agent, I thought this was excessively high so I dug into this deeper. All of these agents are W10 Pro x64 agents on current version 10.0.17134.1. Patch Remedy is reporting that the Most Current Version is 10.0.17134.466

I manually ran the PR commands to update a test agent, looked at the agent script/command history and everything says it updated successfully but the right click on the Wuaueng.dll file shows that its not updating.

Any idea whats going on here as Im assuming this same process is happening on the other 674 agents?

Let have a peek at this really quick and see if there is need for update. Can you post your current PR version?
