Feature Request: Security

We have some "limited" techs that have access to a specific set of clients, but not all of them, and definitely not any global settings.

We want to give them access to the Patch Remedy, but not access to any global settings (e.g., master switch, auto updated, etc.).

We would also like to be able to limit them to only the clients that they currently have access to. In a perfect world, they would have access to the Patch Remedy panel and would be able to see the global settings, but only modify them if they were a SuperAdmin. And they would be able to see only the machines for the clients they have access to.
