I got an email the other day containing receipt for the $19.95 monthly fee and the app genie program as an attachment. Version is the same as I am running. Do we need to reinstall the app every month or something like that? Thanks

No, that's a friendly link to software if you need it.

Only Install Once. Auto Update should take over after that but i would check every few months to verify all is good with plugin versions. Automate has known to just stop doing something until a major refresh of system.
