Unable to Connect To Plugin

Following issues with trying to resolve the two way sync we have reset our key and replaced the key in the configuration - now we just receive an error saying an error has ocurred?

So we have managed to progress from not having a two way sync to no sync at all....

Starting to get severley disappointed with what potentially could be a great product, but continous errors with connection and being unable to connect....

And support responses, well are not timely...
