Connectivity problems (1.0.16)

Post by tuxarn »

I have some problems recieving information from the PFSense firewall to PFSense 4 Labtech, i have tripplechecked the reqiured information such as: Tittle, User Name, URL, Password. Tried several Firewall useraccounts and checked the labtech networkdevice tab for older cached devices with the same IP-adress.

When i'm bringing up PFSense 4 Labtech (doesn't matter if it's in the location tab or directly under View>Labtech 4 PFSense) it shows no information at all, neither am i able to manage the firewall through the tunnel. I'm however able to use the "tunnel" if i VPN onto the same network as the firewall are located on, but that is ofcourse a tunnel in itself, and there wouldnt really be a purpouse of this function if i was forced to go that route everytime i suppose.

Anyone familiar with this issue?

There should be an agent on that network probing the firewall for data. It would be scripted so we will see script logs. Need to see what is being reported back.

We use WGet and install, if it fails to install the script will not collect data as probe is not functional. Need to determine why script can not do installs

We updated Chocolatey and then the installation of Wget worked and then everything was fine.
