Not running updates, nor installations

Hi there,

Running version 3.0.0.16 of Chocolatey for Automate.
We installed it in April 2019, and it worked like a charm, now nothing is happening, packages are not installed, nor updated.
There is no commands nor scripts running when we try to force install and updates through the plugin

We can run choco commands from command prompt successfully..

Please help.

Verify that it see you as licensed.

We had an issue with several accounts that purchased C4A that the monthly subscriptions failed to be created so after the first month it expires...


If this is the case, The only way to resolve is to re purchase the plugin again. this will now create the correct monthly subscriptions and you will be active. You do not need to download or reinstall the plugin.


If this is not the issue, send us the logs to the plugin located on the Automate server in the LTlogs directory for this plugin. The logfile will have plugin name in the file name.
