Version 3 will not install any applications

I have installed and deployed Chocolatey for Automate version 3.0.0.16 to be exact to my labtech environment. I have followed the video then the manual instructions to deploy applications to my clients. The applications are not installing at all. Do I need to have Chocolatey on the machines already? Or can the plugin install it for the first time? Am I missing something?

Chocolatey plugin will log on the LTHost at c:\program files\labtech\logsplugin_chocolateyforautomate.txt

This is all the automation happening and you should see where it attempts scripted installs of chocolatey and the apps you approve.
