Error installing Beta

I am running into problems installing the Chocolatey beta.

Error: "There was an error uploading the new plugin: Could not load file or assembly..."

I am running into this error on builds 3.0.0.6 - 3.0.0.9.

This is the first time I have tried installing the Chocolatey plugin in this LT Instance. I am running LT version 11.0.387 (Patch 15)

I download the plugin and unzip it. I unblock the DLL. When I proceed to the plugin manager and add the plugin, I get the error attached:

"There was an error uploading the new plugin: Could not load file or assembly..."

I have tried downloading the file from several computers and transferring to our LT server. All attempts see the same.

Already confirmed that was done.

Close and reopen the LT console and reinstall plugin, should now go through

Anytime you get that error and then unlock the file and try again it may or may not work until you close and relaunch the Control Center. Not sure but maybe some caching of the lock holds the LTCC up.

Never had an issue after a relaunch, always go through at that point.
