Error Accessing Tab

Post by starbucksgold »

Shannon,

On initial navigation to tab on agent I am receiving an error: Error Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I get this twice and click ok through each. I am able to click on the buttons to update cache, but no script is executed.

Ideas?

Jeff

I fixed it and released 1.0.1, Brain fart and forgot to uncomment the DoDatabase function.

Shannon,

I updated plugin and now have the DB table, but still get receive the error "Error Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when I have the agent computer screen open and select the APT-GET tab.

Ideas? Thanks.

Ok uploading 1.0.2 which tells us what errors they are and instead of poping up a error box it places error in terminal window as a soft error.

Not even in terminal box? How odd, all i did was move error from message box to terminal box. Should of still got error? if one existed.

Shannon,

My mistake. I meant to say I did not get the popup error. I can open but get this in the terminal window:

Error loading Packages - Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I selected Update Cache and monitored the commands tab. Looks like the commands completed successfully, but when I go back to the Apt-Get plugin tab, I'm still showing the same error in the Terminal windows.

Initiated Upgrade Packages and monitored commands which appear to have completed successfully as well. Just not seeing any results in the APT-GET plugin tab.
