Admon issue

I am having a strange issue with Admon, I have enabled it on many clients and its been in place for over a year i verified on the latest version i have even removed and reinstalled it, and it seems to work on a few systems at a client but not the whole client, or I should say the script only seems to run on a few system at that client and not the whole of the client.
