Expiry Emails not sending out after day 2.

I am running into an issue where Expiry is logging information correctly and it will send an email for the first day or two that we have it set to alert them. However once the person is within 7 days of expiring we do not see it send any emails out. We have checked message traces and the messages are not even being queued up. I checked through our Automate logs and haven't found anything in there that seems to be of help with what is going on.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
