Plugin not working for one customer.

Hi,
Users are not receiving email expiry notifications for one of our customers.
In the Results tab there are users shown, all show as expired and it does not seem to show all the users in AD.
Settings appear to be correct.
The lat scan date is current.
Accessed the server and the LTsvc folder.
Located expire script and confirmed it has run today.
Named expiryAD ps1 and sql out of the way and reran a scan.
No change in the users shown in the Results tab.
Is there a way for me to remove the current expiry data and get it to recreate the list?

I think the version is 1.0.1.25
LT version is v11.0.470
