Re: the object reference has not been set to an instance of an object

Ok there's the problem, first thing is do a restart of the dbagent on automate host. The dbagent service is responsible for creating that table. Re: Habitat Stalled Agents Tool

Yea, that ones has gotten me a few times..

When Screenconnect gets upgrades to a new version, these extensions may not qualify for that version and will disable themselves. Update the extension in SC and reenable it resolves the issues.

Re: Applications Manager Devices Not Updating

I would bet some other engineer out there may be in a position that this would become handy information. Some of our newer plugins (C4A 3.6 and APM) now allow you to manage so...

Re: Habitat Stalled Agents Tool

Do you have the RMM+ plugin installed on your ScreenConnect server as an Extention? And it is configured in plugin correctly?

I see where we show 301 agents offline and you show 299 agents offline. A 3 agent disparity

Re: Applications Manager Devices Not Updates

You should be seeing script schedule against agents in question sending update commands to script. This should cause agent to query Cache and call for package updates. If you do not see this over a 24 hour period. We should check the Habitat Applications manager logs in the Habitat Log manager for c...
