Keep in mind you are “Excluding and Application from install” so is the Exclusion “on” or “off”
If On then you are excluding it if off then you are allowing it.

Works great on 10.5 What is your issues? Are you getting a Unknown error pop up? If so right click DLL file and select "Unblock" before trying to install.
