Ok try surfing the following link http://cleaner.squidworks.net/api/versioncheck.php?product=CleanerForLabTech&install It should return the following... Capture48.PNG Copy all text and paste it into MySQL WorkBench or MySQLYog and execute it. Afterwards restart the LT Console to reload plugins.

Excludes on or off ?
Keep in mind you are “Excluding and Application from install” so is the Exclusion “on” or “off”Among these two entries, which one is indicated as ON and which one is indicated as OFF?
If On then you are excluding it if off then you are allowing it.

Works great on 10.5 What is your issues? Are you getting a Unknown error pop up? If so right click DLL file and select "Unblock" before trying to install.europait wrote:Will this release support LT 10.5? I just downloaded the trial and it appears that 10.5 is not supported as of yet.
