If you run normal (not as admin) the software will install with what ever service account the agent runs as. This is typically [SYSTEM] which should have enough privilege to execute most application installers. The As admin was meant for those MSPs who set more strict permissions where agent service...

I believe it is set here at the location level which account to use but the account is set in the passwords tab at the main client console or location consoles

What is queued? Can you screenshot this queued view? If its not running just sits there "Queuing" it the scripts log then this is not a "script" issue but something with Automate and the agent not running through the script commands. Could be a one time flub or a symptom of anoth...

As for where it populates?, Make sure to close your control centers and relaunch them, login again and look at each "Locations". This tab should be showing up under each location if an agent at location has a wifi adapter. Make sure that the local control center version of Habitat is 1.0.0...

As for first issue? We agree that there is more work to be done on the scanner options, we will be introducing the ability to exclude agents and or locations in future releases.
