Same issues here. Been trying to using this all last week, I have yet to get this software to reset a single agent using RPC or ScreenConnect. Looks like I'm not alone. Can we please get some support or documentation that shows the proper configuration?

No domain account user listed
I've added and readded the domain admin account, but I keep getting this error no matter what I do.
The account is valid and I've used it on this pc before. Any suggestions?
