Plugin not collecting data

Is this plugin expected to work in hosted 19.0.110 (patch 4)?

I installed the plugin restarted DB agents, enabled plugin globally under Tools>ADMON Enable then enabled for a client. No date collected after a week. Plugin shows enabled.
