Seems that for a while, we have some agents that haven't reported in. Mostly seem to be from the update that required agents to be online otherwise, a manual reinstall was needed. We seem to have a decent number of agents that have ScreenConnect, but the Labtech agent seems to be "stuck" or not ...

Wondering if there's any update to this, as lately it seems that we're doing shared mailboxes almost daily. Fortunately, we can launch the shell, and run the command.

Hi,

It seems that when converting a mailbox to a shared mailbox, the script is adjusting the following settings/values:
-ProhibitSendQuota 4.75gb
-ProhibitSendReceiveQuota 5gb
-IssueWarningQuota 4.5gb

These limits don't apply to shared mailboxes anymore, and should be set to 49.5gb, 50gb, 50gb ...

We've got a couple instances of duplicate versions being detected, but it shows as the same version...Windows 7 and Server 2008 appear to have an extra space before the x64. Not sure on teh 10 Pro x64 1803...
