We are working through the different Chocolatey plugins to help resolve the lockouts. Chocolatey for Labtech has not be modified yet as we are waiting to make sure we have Chocolatey for Automate working good. Yeap I can fix that. I'll look to add the scheduled time to the log entry during automation for updates so we can see exactly when it thinks it scheduling a script.

So there's got to be some thing simple we are hitting on your systems that are not hitting on ours...

You can enable or disable by client or turn off service all together. If client AV can not allow it or if you deemed it unapproved for client use.

You will also need to make sure that the database maintenance service is enabled in the Automated services tool. Otherwise this whole service is disabled.

Yes I should of guessed that would happen.. The query editor is running as the person logged in and you only have permissions to insert, update, delete, and read data at this level.
