I'm not certain if it's because i'm on a pilot release of Automate, but on version 1.0.3.85 of PR, none of the charts are showing up in the overview or the WUA Versions. I can confirm that it's working for me now.

I reviewed the link, and as a test I picked my own company to re-deploy to, but after clicking enable client I still get the message 'Failed to load enabled agents - Cannot find table 0."

I'm having the same issue. What did you do to fix the problem?
