W10 Pro x64 agents not updating

We have 4,000 total agents in our system and Patch Remedy was saying 674 of them had an out of date WUA agent, I thought this was excessively high so I dug into this deeper. All of these agents are W10 Pro x64 agents on current version 10.0.17134.1. Patch Remedy is reporting that the Most Current Ve...

Excessive count of computers in WUA versions tab

Prior to the last few weeks my count of systems with an outdated WUA was in the low 40's. Today I now have 547 computers showing up in this list. Upon quick glance they are mostly Windows 10 Pro x64 1803 computers. The reported WUA on these systems is 10.0.17134.1 but according to the PR table towar...

Win 10 upgrade bug? Cant change auto upgrade back to No after setting to Yes

I've noticed (on version 1.0.4.30) once I toggle an agent to Yes to take part in the Win 10 auto upgrade I'm unable to change this back to No. Right clicking and choosing Enable/Disable Automated OS Upgrade is still an option but clicking this does not change the Yes in the Auto Upgrade column back ...

Re: Missed Patch Window Tab - "User logged in" reason statement

Hello - quick clarification to make sure I understand correctly. When you say PR skipped the install you are meaning that PR skipped the install of the windows update agent. PR is not installing any windows security patches like Automate is - only WUA correct? So the end user needs to be logged out ...

Missed Patch Window Tab - "User logged in" reason statement

Under the missed patch window tab a vast majority of my agents are listed in here and the bulk of them are grumpy due to the a reason code of: "User logged in, could cause data loss or instability" with a timestamp of 12:00am What does this mean? Is this stating that PR couldn't update the...

Re: Issues updating Server 2008 R2 WUA

BUT if it is already at the latest version why does it show up in my list at the bottom under the WUA tab in t...
