Greetings. I'm having similar issues. Some backups are showing up red, 7 out of 15. However when I manually checked WSB they all backed up fine. On 4 of those 7, it's still blank for 'last backup' and all daily backups have been successful. The other 3 are reporting the backup day before yesterday. ...

Yup, classic case of RTFM. I was getting my GUID from the MOUNTVOL command. Had no idea WBADMIN comes up with a different GUID for the same drive. Learnt something new today.

Ok, just purchased Backup Windows, got it installed no problem, it's enabled and I reloaded the db. Now for new guy question... where do I access it? I have labtech 11 and the videos I've watched appear to be 10. Please let me know so I can reply with 'duh, I'm stupid'.
